How did the Daniel fast come about? Here’s a short story. When we go through Scriptures, we see one type of fast that has become popular in some Christian circles – the Daniel fast. This last type of fast is called the Daniel fast and we’ll tell you why it’s called that and how to use it in your fellowship with God. They embarked on a spiritual journey that was physically validated. The Scriptures mention a few times men and women sought to seek God with a hunger that was spiritual yet physically exerted.
